PurposeFor use with the On-Board TC Gauge Kit (CTI-CRYOGENICS Kit No.8080015K003).Kit Contents1. Close the Hi-Vac valve in your vacuum system.2. Follow the regeneration process described in your On-Board cryopumpinstallation, operation and servicing instructi** to warm up the pump. Then,stop the regeneration when the cryopump is warm and turn off the system powerswitches.3. Disconnect the controller input power cable connector from the facility poweroutlet.4. Disconnect the Electrical On-Board power cable from the cryopump beforeremoving the TC gauge.5. Disconnect the TC plug from the TC gauge. See Figure 1.6. Remove the TC gauge from the On-Board cryopump by holding the TC gaugetee fitting with a 5/8" wrench and using a 3/4" wrench loosen and remove the TCgauge and copper gasket. Discard the TC gauge and copper gasket.7. Install the replacement TC gauge (Item 1) and copper gasket (Item 2) suppliedwith the kit on the cryopump, using 3/4" and 5/8" wrenches.8. Reconnect the TC gauge electrical plug to the TC gauge.9.
